All deliveries, services and contracts for
customers are done via our Imirth online shop on the exclusive basis of these
Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of order placement.

annulled. Any provision not contained herein shall only be valid with the
express written agreement of an authorized representative of Imirth (managing
director, authorized signatory or agent) and the customer in question.
